CBA Board of Directors

Reorganized in 2001 to utilize John Carver's Policy Governance® Model, the CBA Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight to CBA.

Comprised of 11 members, the Board includes four independent retailers, one national chain or franchise retailer, three suppliers, one at-large position, the Board Chairman, and the CBA President.  Each independent retailer on the Board is chosen by a segment of CBA's independent retailer membership based on their annual sales volume.
